Service Call Fee
Service call fees are $75 for any location within 40 (forty) miles of our headquarters in Copperas Cove (76522). Beyond 40 miles out to 90 (ninety miles) service call fees are $95. Your service call fee will be charged one business day prior to your appointment. We will come back as needed until the job is complete without an additional service call fee.
Appointments must be confirmed and applicable Service Call Fees collected the business day prior to your appointment. Our Service Call Fee does not include any labor or diagnosis time.
Labor Rate
We charge per hour in 15 minute increments for the time we are at your location. Our rate is a reasonable $150 per hour, before any applicable discounts or special offerings.
General Discounts

- Bravo! – 10% discount on labor only

- Congratulations! – 15% discount on labor only
Discounts do not apply for parts, warranty labor, or service call fees. General discounts are limited to 5% when used in combination with a special that offers discounted labor rates.
There is no labor or diagnosis time included in the Service Call Fee. We bill labor according to the time we are at your location.
RV Systems Readiness
We will conduct a core systems review and provide you with an estimate to complete any necessary repairs within 2 business days. This service fee can vary based on the model / manufacturer. The base fee for this readiness check is $350.
RV Inspections
If you’re considering trading in or consigning your RV for sale, we will conduct a full NRVIA-approved inspection and provide you with a detailed list of our findings. Given the nature of the inspection, ethically we are bound not to provide service or repair for one calendar year after the inspection. As a result we may informally advise as to costs, but a formal estimate will be required from another service technician or service company. The base fee for this inspection is $1200.
Winterize
Yes, it does get cold sometimes even here in Central Texas. For RV’ers who store their rigs and do little camping in the winter months, we will drain your water heater and water lines, then blow them out. The base fee is $300 and increases if your unit has washer, dishwasher, residential refrigerator with water or ice, or if you wish to have your unit protected by anti-freeze in the lines.
Spring / Summer Prep
Preparing for the first outing of the year sometimes is rushed and problems can arise. Our S/S Prep includes checking for rodent damage to key wiring and plumbing systems, purging the water system and checking for leaks, confirming operation of the water heater, furnace and AC, tire wear and rot, holding tank gate seals and operation, and visual inspection of roof / sides to get the season started off right. The base fee is $350, and increases if the RV has been winterized with anti-freeze.
Bearing, Brakes and Tires
Tire shops do not generally work on RVs and RV service centers are usually significantly overbooked. The critical services for bearings, brakes, or even replacing worn tires is too hard to schedule. Usually. Our base fee for bearings is $150 an axle, and prices increase if brakes or tires require repair or replacing.
